Staff and location were good and I liked it. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was very small.

Came in Puerto del Carmen to relax and have fun, this small hotel was ideal place for doing it. I was met by kind and attentive staff at the reception. Thank you for a lovely experience, I recommend it.

Pleasant staff and location, I really enjoyed its essentials. And it also had awesome view. They made my stay fantastic. Plus, playa chica beach was close by.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

The staff were LIVELY and the position was unbelievable. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. I got free upgrade and loved it. English breakfast, decent food. They provided helpful service too. There was an average restaurant, a mall and a supermarket next door.

Nice service, modern staff, breakfast was exceptional, bed was soft. The staff did all they can for a fabulous stay.

Kudos to easy going staff, magnificent views, unbeatable location short walk to main attractions as well as the beach. The room was great value for money and non-smoking, I enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable. Nice stay.

I loved that it was fairly clean and incredibly friendly, the staff were easygoing and rooms were cosy. You could walk to shops and supermarkets.
